You can consult and modify your personal data whenever you want, entering in you PERSONAL AREA, login with your USERNAME and PASSWORD that you already have since the registration act.

To modify your personal data, is it enough click on ADD/MODIFY your personal data?

Once that you modify, remember to click on SAVE to confirm your information inserted.

I have not received the email of the account activation/confirmation, how can I do?

You should make sure that your email address inserted in your personal area is correct and that that the message is not identified as spam. What can I do if I forget my password?

If you forgot your password you can ask a new one clicking on “Lost your password” and enter your email address specified once the application has been registered.

My Country doesn't provide a fiscal code. What should I write in order to create an Account?

It is enough writing your place of birth and your date of birth in the provided spaces.

What can I do if I receive a product different from my order?
